From start to finish my wife and I felt welcomed and secure at River Ridge. Our reception was a blast and went smooth. The food was great, not just by our account but many of our guests also. Everyone was courteous and attentive. Your team made our night one for the party record books.

I'm so sorry tis is late getting back to you. It got lost under a pile of paperwork. We had a wonderful time and everyone just raved about the food. The room was wonderful and full of the Holiday Spirit as well as the staff!! Looking forward to next year.

Receiving all 10s on our evaluation form and recommended to friends, the birthday girl's daughter wrote, "Valerie-Thank you so much for making my mom's party the best. The waitstaff was awesome-Belinda was on top of everything. Many of the guests were very impressed with the service and the food. Thanks again-we will be back for another party."


12/28/2011-Monthly meetings
The Board met and would like to continue our monthly meetings at the River Ridge Golf Club. "The comments of the Board were very complimentary. Your staff, especially Valerie, did a wonderful job in ensuring that our needs were well met. We were very impressed with your ability to make the changes that have been suggested and extremely pleased with the attention and customer services that were provided."

12/10/2011-Holiday Party
Technical Security rated the River Ridge Banquet staff and facility  with all 10s, would recommend to family and friends, stating, "The staff is amazing and the food very good. We received nice feed backs about our menu. Thank you". 

12/2/2011-Birthday Celebration
G.M. Howard (Mike) writes that his overall evaluation was a 10+100 for his birthday party celebration. Mike said, "For a birthday or any event, I highly recommend River Ridge Golf Club. They make things happen because they know their job. It's a top service organization."

River Ridge took a special event and turned it into a beautiful ceremony for not just the bride and groom, but for all who attended. We could not have done this without Valerie's help in such a short time frame literally week and 1/2! All staff was a joy to work with. Our Banquet evaluation came back all stars. The Milford's said, "Excellent? We are so happy with everything from start to finish. Valerie went out of her way to meet our needs, even in the very last minute change to the room arrangement. I was so pleased with Valerie's calm professionalism-she made everything turn out perfectly. I can't say enough how pleased we were with your services."

Guest stated the food was the best wedding food ever. Prime Rib, Salmon, Butternut Squash Tortellini & Chinese Salad were our guest favorites. The waiters/waitresses and staff were all very efficient and professional, they took good care of the Bride, Groom and Guest completely. Everything exceeded the Bride and Grooms Expectations.

Out of the various venues in Santa Barbara & Ventura Counties, River Ridge Golf Club was the perfect place for our intimate wedding reception of 80 guest.  The pricing for wedding packages is very reasonable, and we were grateful that the chef could accommodate our vegetarian/vegan guests.  Our wedding reception was the elegant & fun party we wanted, and several of our friends are thinking of using this venue for their events.  Thanks for everything.

Overall everything was very good.  The only complaint we had was on the Vegetarian meal.  We thought there was suppose to be pasta with the mushrooms.  Everything else was excellent and I would recommend the River Ridge to everyone.
